Punches and chisels.  It sounds like a basic tool set, but there is nothing basic about them. Manufactured from special alloy steel that is differentially heat treated to help toughness, Snap-on Punch and Chisel sets (PPC715BK and PPCSG710) are considered the industry standard by the service technicians who demand the best.

The 16-piece Snap-on Punch and Chisel Set (PPC715BK) features:
• Anvil heads on punches and chisels are machined to a modified parabolic curve.
• Design directs the striking force to the center of the tool head to allow slow metal displacement.
• Parabolic curve controls mushrooming to reduce chipping and splitting.
• Tough steel alloy machined and differentially heat treated for optimum performance.
• Hardness of the striking head is reduced to help toughness and add qualities that result in a slower mushrooming of the striking surface.
